When Jenny, formerly Jimmy, was sent to play hypnotic music in front of a crowd of thousands, Mr. Hunter made one mistake. He instructed Jenny to obey the commands of the Junebug Talent Agency with no other restrictions. Sophia Gold, a spy for the Agents of Freedom, was also a member of the Junebug Talent Agency.

Sophia waited until she could be alone with Jenny and then instructed her not to play in front of thousands of people. As an extra precaution, she also told Jenny to forget the hypnotic music she had learned. There was no known way to return Jenny to her original form of Jenny. Also, if she left the Junebug Talent Agency her mind would be completely blank.

Sadly, Sophia knew that was what had to be done. She sent a message to Commander Jake Black letting him know Jenny needed to be rescued. It was not long before a rescue team came and took Jenny to safety. Sophia knew this would greatly increase her chances of being discovered, but if the Junebug Talent Agency gained even a fraction of that audience their problems would increase exponentially.

Mr. Hunter was disappointed that his plan did not work and had to use Olivia as a last minute replacement. He did not know what he did wrong so he had Ms. Brenton look over his notes. She spotted the problem right away and scolded him about it. He was spared punishment because his recruiting skills were too valuable for them to lose.

Ms. Brenton also figured out that most likely there was a spy among them. She told Mr. Hunter to question their own people to see if they could figure out who the spy might be. Agent Sophia Gold remained where she was not knowing her chances of being discovered were even greater than she thought they were.

Jenny was placed in the care of the Agents of Freedom. They tried to explain to her what had happened as best they could. After she relearned reading, writing, and basic math, they would send her to a special school that would help her adjust to life as an ordinary teenage girl.

They knew if they could cure the memory loss, the threat of the Junebug Talent Agency would be over, but thus far they had been unsuccessful.
