Description
I'm not entirely sure about this one. I deliberately shot one of the arches of the Sydney Opera House with the late afternoon shot behind it, so I'd get the corona effect.I then edited the RAW file to bring out the blue in the sky. That made the whole picture very blue, which part of me really likes and part of me isn't sure about. In the original RAW image, the sky is an almost gun-metal grey colour in places.
This might end up going to scraps at some point. We'll see.

Nah, bro, this is great. A really different perspective from the normal shots of the opera house. I love the way the texture of the tiles is revealed more and more as the shadow deepens.

Thanks mate. You know me - always looking for something new in something common.
I've realised that I do enjoy focusing in on a small piece of something, rather than trying to get the whole thing in the shot. It makes things more interesting, I think.

I wouldn't move it to scraps. I reckon this works really well.
