He is Vilgax's Physician/Technician and one of greatest minds in the universe when it comes to xenobiology, advanced robotics, and cybernetic interfacing. He restored Vilgax after his defeat in "Goodbye and Good Riddance". Despite being stranded on Earth with very few resources he has managed to make due with earth junk, but when he escapes he will upgrade Vilgax in every way he knows how because not only does he serve Vilgax but the Doctor sees him as his greatest work yet and that is why he also hates Ben 10 so much for ruining his life's work everytime Vilgax is defeated.

The Doctor is extremely loyal to Vilgax, not only owing his creation to him but also for giving him access to every conquered world's most advanced technology. He started out as a basic medical drone but has quickly risen to become Chief Technician and has installed weapons into himself that other drones do not have. He also has some knowledge of Engineering, but he becomes a true expert whenever he interfaces with a machine to find out what is wrong.

For alot of his design for my version I mixed in some elements of Dr. Octopus, Igor, and Kazdan Paratus.
