The 4 - Doom — Description
My reimagined version of Doctor Doom.

Coming from the third world nation of Latveria, Victor Domashev (Fight me on this all you want, but no one could ever trust a guy with the last name Von Doom). Victor was an incredibly bright teenager and this got the attention of the Baxter Foundation, who offered to bring him to New York to work alongside others his age who are geniuses like him. Accepting the offer, Victor worked and stayed at the Baxter Building for ten years and in that ten years he built many weapons that military were eager to get their hands and also in that time, Victor dated Sue Storm but their relationship ended because Sue wasn't happy with Victor developing all his weapon plans that the military would use to kill others with.

When Reed Richards came around and started to get attention for his transdimensional teleportation device, Victor put himself on the project so he could find faults with Reed's calculations and blueprints but was unable to find anything to shut the project down. On the day of the project's first test of opening a transdimensional portal, something went wrong and the portal started to warp and destroy everything around it. Victor tried to shut it down, but was blasted by the portal's energy combined with metallic shrapnel and an electric shock hitting him when he landed. After the portal was shut down, Victor was discovered to have intense burns all over his body and was taken to the medical wing. While in recovery, Victor started to display strange abilities like shooting lightning and because of this, he would be stuck in quarantine and researched. Not wanting that, Victor used his abilities to escape the Baxter Building and make his way back home.

Back home in Latveria, Victor horrified people with his scarred self that he made a suit of armor to hide his horrible appearance away from others. Knowing that the Baxter Foundation and the US military might try to come and find him, Victor started to develop new and amazing inventions that turned Latveria from being a third world nation into an almost futuristic society. Everyone was way better off and they even made Victor their King to ensure that nothing would send them back to their previous horrible lives. With a new nation behind him, Victor, now going by Doom, has waged war on the ones he believes are responsible for his new horrible appearance under his armor.

Doom's natural abilities here are Invulnerability because of the metallic properties now in his body and Electrokinesis. With his Armor, Doom is Super Strong, Able to Fly, Hack into any Device with his suit's computer, and can command his legion of Doom Droids. A new ability Doom has taken on now is him being able to use magic, Doom can't outsmart Reed when it comes to Science, so Doom took on another form of Science that Reed would never want to try to understand, Magic.

On the Right is what Doom looks like under his mask. His skin is burnt, nose is missing, and some parts even have peeled off to reveal metallic muscle fibers underneath with glowing green electricity peeking through.
