Scare Tactics — Description
A music group of DC Comics that is one of the lesser known characters of that universe. So here's the monster band and their manager.

First there's Scream Queen, a Markovian vampire by the name of Nina Skorzeny who was driven away from her homeland during the 1980s. She arrived in America when heavy metal rock was taking off and really loved the metal rocker scene, especially since drugged out musicians made for easy prey and their blood had a bit of an effect on Nina as well. In the 2000s, Nina was taken by the Bureau of Normalcy after the captured her with tainted blood that paralyzed her.

Next, there's Fang, a werewolf by the name of Jake Ketchum who comes from a long line of werewolves hidden in the Appalachian Mountains. They were safe and unknown and Jake was as well until he fled from an arranged marriage from a fiancee who in his mind was the absolute worst and life with her would've been miserable. Jake survived by feasting on chickens at farms and getting by with playing his guitar at dive bars. He was caught by the Bureau of Normalcy when they tracked and shot him with 20 tranquilizer darts.

Next, there's Grossout, a humanoid blob that was once known as Phil Hoskins, a fat teen obsessed with Astronomy and when he saw a meteorite fall from the sky, he followed to where it crashed and hoped to collect what was inside, unaware that the meteorite's radiation would mutate him, causing Phil to turn into a hulking, hungry sludge monster. Ms. Hoskins tried her best to care for her son but his appearance and gargantuan appetite pushed her to the edge and she turned him into the Bureau of Normalcy.

Next, there's Slither, a humanoid reptile also known as James Tilton, a once normal human until his father started tampering with genetic modification and in trying to create his own reptilian humanoid along the likes of Killer Croc/Waylon Jones, Dr. Tilton imprisoned his son and experimented on him til he became his current form. Dr. Tilton's experiments got him on the Bureau of Normalcy's radar and they apprehended him and while James expected to be freed, the Bureau instead stuck him in another prison.

Finally, there's Arnold Burns, a name once obsessed with discovering the truth behind conspiracy theories. This path took him to dangerous places and even got him serious hurt on one occasion where most of his body was burned. In order to stop looking at his mangled body, Arnold took to magical means and got a "Mark of the Unseen" on his neck and became an invisible man. This made his job so much more easier as he could easily sneak past people, but even the most unseen people are eventually found by the Bureau and so was Arnold. It would take months until Arnold could work out a way to escape and by the time he did, he escaped thanks to the combined efforts of fellow inmates Nina, Jake, Phil, and James. With this group of freaks finally out, they needed a new course of action and Phil suggested something crazy. Get on everyone's radar. If they were well known, then the Bureau might think twice about recapturing them. With Nina and Jake being capable of singing and playing guitar, the plan was to become a band. Nina would be lead vocalist, Jake is lead guitar, Phil is on drums, James is the bass guitarist, and Arnold would manage the group and also be their driver. They would be the next big hit in the horror themed heavy metal scene.
