Hiroyuki Tani - Green Turbo for Kousoku Sentai Turboranger ('89-'90)
UPDATED 4/21/26: Updated to new post template. Original Post on 2nd slide.
I don't normally take requests, but I myself had gone back and forth about whether I wanted to make a Green Turbo or not. Since I had so many comments about it I figured I would give out a little holiday treat!
His vehicle motif is a dump truck. I didn't put too too much thought into his backstory honestly since he was so last minute. (Also I came up with the name Hiroyuki Tani before learning it's the name of a former Japanese politician as well as a former Game Freak director, fun fact).
