Radiata Fanbelt - White Racer for Gekiso Sentai Carranger ('96-'97)
Shawna Hilton - White Turbo Ranger (I) for Power Rangers Turbo (1997)
Vicki Swan - White Turbo Ranger (II) for Power Rangers Turbo (1997)
I wanted to give Radiata Fanbelt a real form! Her helmet is based off of a mid-90s Volkswagon Beetle, which is my closest guess to the car that Fanbelt's Radiacar is based off of. On the PR side, this is side character Shawna's last hurrah as an OC before the Power Transfer. Here we see new OC Vicki Swan (get it? Swan because she's the white ranger) take over the role.
