Phantom Ranger from Power Rangers Turbo (1997)
A really fun (albeit time consuming) one to draw! Once again showing my lack of knowledge for Carranger, I find it really funny who is in the suit in that show vs how we don't get an answer in Turbo. Really would have loved to see a version of the Phantom Ranger that was Billy Cranston, but I like the lore we get in the Boom! Comics (wink wink)
