LC: Sketchy fun time — Description
Some Ludus Chaos sketches of Ardan and some of the "friends" he's made. And I use that term loosely (Looking at you, Lue, you fabulous... whatever you are) lol! Other characters pictured here include Harun, Quill, Kirby, and Lue (and his nasty back parasite). Also, the little goat creature was me having fun drawing Ardan as an "actual" Hedley Kow. Or at least, how they're portrayed in old fairy tales, but since Hedley don't technically have a true form... well it's mostly just for fun. But that's the creature that I based some of Ardan's features on- including his satyr-like feet, long tail, and black body. Because technically that little critter is also solid black like how I do Ardan's body, but I left it a lighter value (or white) so you could see it better. Which speaking of that, I had quite a few of you ask me about whether Ardan has ink black skin on most of his body, or if he's basically wearing a black body suit. And to answer... From his neck down to mid calf Ardan is usually solid black when in a human/humanoid form. He can have normal skin if he wants, but the thing about Ardan is that he only looks human because he likes too, but that doesn't mean he bothers doing it totally right. So maybe it's his skin, or maybe it's fabric. Ardan's body is whatever he wants it to be, so it's subject to change. I did it mostly because Hedley are described as jet black creatures, so I thought it would be fun to incorporate that into the design. Plus, Ardan's a freakin fairy so he doesn't have to play by your "normal appearance" rules. lol. XD
Also, I took his hat off for the middle bust as well to show you guys what Ardan's hair actually looks like. The only part that's white is his bangs, and the rest of his hair is brown and a very close buzz cut.

And by the way Varsettie, I think Quill and Ardan should be besties. Yup.
