Yes!

I certainly give full credit to my elder brother for suggesting that I view this fine, fine film. I recall while growing up hearing references to this film and how good it was and’the message of the movie’ and just how STRONG that message relayed truly was. The bits and pieces of what I heard from 1997
[when this film came out twelve years ago. Wow. O_O]—were yes indeed—very correct.

Very true indeed to me [now that I have seen the film in full finally. ]. This film says a great deal about human nature—including the typically negative behaviors of greed, lying, cheating and stealing [lives, human bodies, trust, money and well—pretty much… all of that which ‘Planet Earth’ offers… including Planet Earth ‘herself’!’ O_O]. Yes indeed—this ‘runaway train’ released three years before the ‘Big 2-0’
[“Title Round!” –J. Milton lol ] is a message for the ages.

The film itself is a non-stop thrill=ride that begins in a slow-spiral upward… to return crashing down with a burst of such sudden speeding suspense—viewers may find themselves holding onto their very own sanity! XD (Like poor once-cutie Mary Ann. ) The ending is spectacular to me, as is the ‘horror-movie-style’ ‘Dark Comedic Closing!’ ^_^ But past the high entertainment value… this film also has a high—very high ‘Message Value.’ To get the whole of this message? Feel free to Watch This Fine Film! ^_^

As stressed throughout this grand production… “Free Will!” XD My favorite line in this film [probably because how it was said] was, “…you can sleep on the FUCKING COUCH!” –Mary Ann XD My favorite scene was definitely the speech about ‘Eddie Barzoon’ and how selfish and greedy, vain and uncaring, our society [if not world] is becoming thanks to the element which drives we human beings to the edge—and often off…
Burning Desire To Horde [<Insert Resource Here>].

To have not just what makes us happy as individuals—but what she wants to make her happy and what he wants to make him happy just for the sake of ‘having it’ just so as an individual—one can and the other can’t
[and not necessarily even because what is ‘had’ is wanted—but can be ‘sold’ or ‘bought’].

In brief: Greed. Steamy, grease-dripping, Greed. Man. ^_^

I could truly sit here and write about this film for another hour or so—but I’m not going to. ^~

I’m going to save… ‘For the song’ this film inspired. Way To Go! ^_^

P.S. Rating gets an extra kudo for the ‘John Milton’ Reference! ^^ Very witty, and had me look up
[Wikipedia ^^] ‘John Milton’ [upon learning he was a real person whilst reading the 2008 book ‘Born Digital ]. Interesting reference in the movie—I am learning that I am not the only one who missed this very witty reference… -Forever In Love,
