Calder — Description

   Calder is a pretty weak super, his power is hard for him to use for long or on multiple people and it's pretty easy to resist if you know he's using it.
   he can manipulate emotions to either enrage or calm people around him (or himself.)
he works with a group of 'villains' who've taken over a small city. they pretty much get to do whatever they want within the city, and in return they keep out worse villains. (these guys are pretty much just petty thieves and pranksters for the most part.)
   Calder is the second in command of the group, serving as a kind of bodyguard for the big-boss. his job is incredibly stressful and frustrating, so in his free time he hides in his room and uses his calming power on himself to relax.
   using his power on himself is a lot easier for him, especially since he isn't fighting against it at all, but it also gives him horrible migraines if he does it for very long.
