    this is Calder's boss. he's childish and silly, but also ridiculously dangerous, competitive, and quick to anger. his power pretty much makes him a human ant nest, while also giving him the ability to make and control Fire ants. he's linked to his artificial ants, so anything they eat or drink nourishes him and vice-versa, he uses this to skip meals by having a group of ants out hunting small animals at all times.
    his powers manifested at a very young age, and due to it's odd nature he was bullied and avoided by other children and even his own family. because of this he doesn't really care about other humans, treating them more like pets or tools while his ants are treated like people.
    he started gathering young super-villains who he thought were interesting or useful and adding them to his "collection." he lets them do what they want, unless they want to leave, then he has them eaten. everyone is to terrified to try to leave, which is the only reason many of them stay (including Calder.)
