My half of a trade with and her character, Coldstone. This is actually a FEMALE character, FYI.
I.... may or may not have spent way too much time on this piece. XD I had too much fun!

Beautiful!! I've a question, when you say how many hours you work on an art piece, do you work on it through out the week or all in one day?? You are Excellent at what you do, and you did very well on the background too! I never know how to make backgrounds when i create stuff.

I've struggled with backgrounds in the passed haha I still do, but I used references for this one and it helped. ^_^
I break it up into chunks over the week, an hour here, half an hour there, etc. If I did it all in one sitting (for a piece like this), I'd be at it all day probably. XD

This is definantly one of the coolest piece you have done so far. I love the detail on the water on the paws. She is a beauty. Im curious though. What kind of fur shading did you do? Was it the one where you erased on the fur layer to create the fur or something different?
