I feel like I am repeating myself today as I explore all the really cool photography here at DA, bu here goes.
I really like this for one simple reason.
It's different. Not many people would think to take a shot like this.

It seems that my only memories of a pool table was stabbing someone with a rod...

Here is a simple photo of an 8-ball, not much i can really say about it.
But what i can do is give you some edvice in the hope that you may take it. Why don't you try photo-manipulating this? It will look more interesting.

My God, what a beautiful shot! It's so clear, and the perspective is so awesome-I just love how the ball is so in focus in the picture. I love the nostalgic feel to this, too... you've really done a good job overall with this pic, you're really talented with the camera! Well done!

my first thought to this photo was that it's momories of a hard time...doing drugs...as most people should know, the eightball is kokaine. i don't know if that was you're intent, but thats how i got it... great sharpness and safe composition

I really like this pic, the focus on the 8-ball really hits home to me. I seem to have the worst luck out of anyone that I know. The technical aspects are also pleasing, though I do agree that the rest of the picture is a little too unfocused. Maybe it's from the graininess of the background, but I think that perhaps it should have been a little more of a smooth unfocused? Or I could not be making any sense at all. Anyways, 4/5 Stars! and a

sorry but not much i can say about this, maybe you could have used photoshop to smooth the imageout a bit, though i like your use of fucos,s oley on the 8-ball, also very intersting the fact you have a little reflection going on in it too ^__^ doe sit tell the future?
