Gmod Inflation Tutorial Part 3b: Ballooning — Description
Now for the second method: balloons. I've already given my opinion on this; I think that, while they can produce some top-notch results, balloons are difficult to use properly or well. I would suggest having some prior practice first, but if you're up for the challenge here we go!

Steps:
1. Spawn in the ragdoll you want to use
2. Use the search bar in the top left of the spawn menu to find the default balloons and spawn them in (use 2 for breasts/butt, 1 for belly). DO NOT USE THE BALLOON TOOL (if you can't find it, hit the search button a couple of times)
3. Use the colour tool to colour the balloon the colour of the partyou want to inflate
4. If the part you want to inflate isn't shiny/semi-reflective use the materials tool to change the balloon's material to "debug white"
5. Use the no-clip tool and right click all balloons you're planning to use
6. Use the join tool or the resizer tool to change the size of the balloon(s) (joint tool gives you more control, resizer can do bigger sizes)
7. Pose your model and then attach the balloons in the appropriate places.If you're planning to have your model rest on top of their inflated body parts, pose the balloons first and then pose your model
8. Tweak the position of your model and balloons until those pesky end bits are out of sight
9. If you feel like it, mess around with the picture in some photo editing software to make it look smoother
Then you're done!
