Meanwhile, Amber stood in front of Lady Necro's chamber.

"Enter," Lady Necro's hollow voice rang out as the doors swung open. Amber stormed into the room to find it empty.

"I'm not in the damn mood for this, mistress!" Amber shouted.

"You forget to whom you are speaking," Lady Necro's voice sounded, disapproving.

"No, mistress, I don't," Amber replied, lowering her voice and swallowing her fury.

"I suppose that will do," Lady Necro's voice was coming from above Amber. She looked up to see swarming into the form of Lady Necro. The emaciated woman walked across the ceiling as if it were ground-- even her hair and clothes seemed to defy gravity as they flowed around her feet like a shadow.

"Well, that little scamp refused your proposal," Amber said.

"Yes, I know," Lady Necro said as she walked down the wall. "Perhaps she needs a bit more... persuassion. Bring her to me," she said as she reached the ground.
