I would say ten, but I may be a bit biased...
(Note: raging chocoholic and highly addicted to sugar)
If you're gonna go and try one, the best to go for are the normal-sized ones because the creme-to-chocolate ratio is better than in the small ones (at least, in my opinion).
...Then again, I love 'em for the creme anyway!

...Well, at least if you're gonna be going on the healthy route for a while, watch out for stuff that disguises itself as healthy, ie, whole grain wheat bread vs multigrain bread...
The term 'multigrain' is a bit misleading as it may not say anything about being whole grain (which is actually what you want).

...Only real suggestion I can give after that is fruit (it's still sweet, it still taste good, and still healthy). Your mom can't have any objections to that, right?
...That, plus you can buy it frozen, or at least freeze it yourself (though there's certain steps you have to take for specific produce if you're gonna freeze it...).
