Im totally going to use this to learn how to draw. I can do technical with gridlines, but this freenhand stuff i wanna do, well i need more refinement for that and this technique will deff help. Thanks!

Thanks! But of course, the best practice you can get is from drawing real people.
Just ask someone to sit down and pose for a few minutes, try a few really quick sketches. That works amazingly well.
