Torso Tutorial — Description
Finally, the torso tutorial. Very simple indeed.

The entire layout follows making two triangular figures with a circle in it's center. The rows within the stomach are what make the 4, 6, or 8 packs of the abs. Only include the center line and circle for the naval if the subjects don't have strong or noticeable abs. However this is not included in the 'Back' for obvious reasons.
