Norrin Radd better known as the Silver Surfer was no exception to the implacable Symbiote identity Carnage. In hes fights aiding the Avengers and the Fantastic Four, Carnage manages to bond with him creating the powerfull Carnage Cosmic. He then goes after the Avengers and the Fantastic Four at once nearly defeting them with very little effort.

Carnage Cosmic have all the powers the normal Carnage have like superhuman strength and agility, he can also adhere to most surfaces with his hands and feet, project a web-like substance, and mutate sections of his symbiotic costume into detachable bladed weapons. Plus to that, he gained the Cosmic Power the Silver Surfer have like godlike stamina and strength, hyperspace traveling, total mastery over the four fundamental forces of the universe that are Electro-magnetis, Gravitikinesis (Manipulation of Gravity) and ability to store and discharge nuclear force (Strong/Weak Force).
