In short it's a world where Shirou not only had the In Flight harem plus Rin and Saber. We gave him Aoko The Blue Aozaki, her sister Touko, Altrouge Brunestude (Arcueid's sister), Primate Murder - the most powerful thing Gaia created to kill humans is their bet and the best of all ?? They summoned Gilgamesh who works as the NANNY XD
