Clytius — Description
Son of Gaia and Tartarus.
Giant of the Abyss.
Born to oppose Hecate, Clytius wears a cloak made of shadows and stands six meters tall. Clytius's dragon legs are the color of ash and his braided hair is described as his cloak of shadow. Because of his black cloak, normally only his glowing eyes are visible. With the shadowy cloak lifted, his face is as dark as Thanatos's, with his blue eyes "shining cold as diamonds". His huge body was encased in black iron armor, and he had a huge black sword. During the Gigantomachy, Clytius was created to absorb all of Hecate's magical abilities. However, Hercules, Dionysus, and Hecate worked together to defeat him, with Hecate setting her hair on fire as the final blow.
Clytius exudes a dark mist that can cause demigods and mortals to faint upon contact. He can use people who have fainted due to this mist to speak, as he has no voice of his own. However, speaking through others depletes the mortal or demigod's life force. Clytius is the only giant born to oppose a titan.
