If anyone has any questions about making the actual brush, feel free to comment here, and I'll try to explain it better. I didn't want to make the file too big so I just left in the basics.If you don't feel like making your own cloud brushes, I've found these particularly nice by para-vine

I've never used it before. If it works similar to photoshop, then it might work.
