Um, so I'm finally uploading this tutorial. It would've been uploaded like a day ago,
but I've been lazy and I think I'm getting addicted to MapleStory AGAIN! ; A ;

So yeah. This is a tutorial how I draw clouds.
There are lots of different ways, but this is how I do it.

I didn't save the image, so I couldn't put the bigger one at the end of tutorial, SORRY!

And I suck at explaining things.. But I hope this tutorial still helps!~
