Description Local autoshow at the Farmer Jacks Parking lot
If ya look really close you can see the gold metal fake in the paint.
I kid you not, the paint looked an inch thick!!

Enjoy!

You know, like Phillip Castle and other airbrush artists. This kind of subject was a definate must for an hyperrealist painting during the early 80s... chromy things, or alternatively various kind of vegetables in a splash of water...

Oh cool! Thank you for the lesson! I'm kinda ignorant to much of the art world so this is good to know!

This was my favorite car at the show. It just begged to be photographed! I do wish I had taken more photographs of it. Chalk one down for needing experience!

yeah always a lotta different shots you can take with cars, angles, design, abstract lines, etc! One reason why I love capturing them!

You're quite welcome! It's a very good looking car. Kind of makes me wish I had brought along my camera when I recently visited a car show for hotrods, streetrods and more. Shame on me. Ah well. ^.^

Thanks!! This is actually the first for for me taking pictures at an auto show. Out of the hundred or so pictures I took there is only a small handful of photos (less then ten) that were any good at all. I never thought that it would be so difficult to get a "Good" shot but I really learned a lesson!
Thanks Again!!

Way to go! Trial and error! LoL I do that a lot. But it's always good to over do yourself with photos, that way you have more to choose and learn from. Angles that are better than others, close-ups, detail, lighting. You do have some wonderful photographs, though. And you're welcome. ^.^

Thanks!
I hear you there! just a little bit off on the angle and it can be a wasted shot! plus there is so much to remember when looking through the lens! whats in the background where are the reflections. I took a really nice head-on shot of the 62 vette ...so I thought! I got home and saw my tennis shoes in the chrome license bracket lol

LOL! Reflections can be evil if you don't want them. LoL That's funny with your shoes being in the chrome. I bet you could have stamped them out in Photoshop, though, and no one would notice. And backgrounds definitely need to be taken into consideration, I agree. And make sure your lense is clean. And hold the camera steady if you don't have a tripod. And... well, I don't know everything because I've never taken a photography class. LoL I wish I did, though. Ah well. I'm still having fun!
