Static — Description

The figures surrounding me are grotesque: deformed, elongated, and stark white bodies; empty sockets where eyes should be; hands clutching their faces as if trying to hold them in place. They have no mouths, yet I hear them scream. Screams that echo inside my skull without ever escaping into the open air. I try to move. I cannot. I struggle to break free with all my might. Nothing. I try to close my eyes. They do not respond. They burn. The whiteness and the static pierce through my eyes.
