Lovely image. The young lady almost has a synthetic feel to her, as though she is a doll or machine. (or a vulcan, lol)

Did you use strong lighting, or a long exposure? I ask because her upper torso seems very well lit with a rather "harsh" light, that adds to her cold appearance.
