...when I was being tortured... #8 — Description
a "fruit of life" design composed of fruits, water and leaves. I started the illustration with the thirteen circles of metatron's "fruit of life." I also utilized some outlines to make a glow effect and some small, colored circles for ornamentation. the six fruits on the outer ring were inspired by figs and could also be squash or pumpkins. the first shapes I drew there weren't any good, so I transformed them into those fruit shapes with figs in mind. I was trying to be more skillful and practiced with my shapes and colors in this illustration. I was also definitely hungry and thirsty and very much missing my garden... which I still have not been able to return to... I did get word that many of the plants I was cultivating continued to grow and feed my family even while I'm not there and no one else is cultivating it. that is a permaculture success and the intention of the permaculture garden. I am happy to provide them with good nutrition and habitat in my absence. I hope they become inspired to garden there this spring.
