...when I was being tortured... #4 — Description
before I was captured I was studying metatron symbols. especially the "fruit of life" and "flower of life" designs. I was also focusing on curvilinear designs. so, in jail I continued the study and was drawing metatron symbols along with leaf shapes, spirals, water shapes, circles, plant shapes, ecosystem designs and so on. I was also in my garden everyday before I was captured and was cultivating some scarlet runner beans amongst other fruits and veggies in my garden, so i depicted a runner bean pod at full ripeness. this pen and blue ink illustration design has my cursive hand writing with plant shape embellishments that reads, "born to be tortured." that was my sentiment from the experience I was having and thinking about my entire lifetime of experiences. using the trick of wetting the paper and then tearing it or using a tool to cut the wet paper I made the college rule, rectangle paper into a curvy shape for the canvas.
