Huh. So THAT's what Tricerabone looks like. Seeing as how I've been asked to come up with a Nemetrix predator for this guy, can you tell me what his powers and weaknesses are?

His powers are bone manipulation (bone armor growth, creating bone weapons, regrowing bones)
weaknesses are separated bones (like weapons) grow weaker over time, body density makes him incredibly heavy, color blindness, and he's easily angered.

he has bone manipulation powers, as in he can make bone armor and crude weapons like clubs of swords from bone, normally his race could only instantly heal broken bones in an emergency because of how rare calcium is on there world to the point where anyone who has enouph to grow a bone crest on top of the normal one is a status symbol of the upper-class, but because the omnitrix can syntheses as much as needed Ben can go overboard with it like we see hear
the trimecian (working title) race are a honor bound worrier race (think dinosaur samurai, now you know the idea behind why we needed this alien because the concept of a dinosaur samurai is awesome) but as a consequence of only the brutishly strong live to reproduce, almost all Trimecinas have a Sarah's dad from the land before time squeals level of stubbornness, and it's a common battle tactic for other races to intentionally make them mad, thus making them stupid,
a weakness is that
A) the outside bone weakens easily after time because it's outside the body, and if hit hard enouph after some time it will shatter
B)Tricerians lack the directly under the skin body fat necessary to float, therefor will sink like a rock and can't swim
C) while having the intelligentsia on par with a human, they can't see the colors' in the violet end of the spectrum, and the anger/aggression that is used against them in part B is a genetic trait, so Ben has rage issues will in this form

Alright, I think I can work with this. What if I made a predator based on a Pachycephalosaurus (the dinosaurs that rammed their skulls at one another) with carnivorous, therapod-like traits whose main ability was to basically ram their prey to death while remaining invisible to them (in that they're naturally colored violet and thus are unable to be seen by Tricerabone's species.
Speaking of the species, how does the name "Ceratosaurian" strike you (loosely translated, it means "horned lizard" in Greek)?

I see that working, I'd like to add just a strip of another color to it's arm and toe nails so that it isn't 100% invisible if that ok

No offence meant to TheWalrusClown here, but wouldn't the name "Skeleceratops" or "Triskeleton" be a more "Ben 10-ish" name for an alien?
Anyway, this is an awesome design; it looks like what I'd imagine a humanoid ceratopsid like Triceratops looking like (There is a lack of quills though, though I can look past it since it's meant to be an alien).
