Description
A villain created by and here's the original picFor his look I imagined that when Enhance first got his super suit and serum put in him that it had an effect that later on radically altered his body. The serum caused the suit to start fusing to his body, the suit portion melted the skin it was covering and fused to the muscles, while the armor portion started to warp and fuse to the areas they're locating at.
Enhance's abilities now are that he can enhance any part of his biology, like sight, hearing, strength, speed, speed of healing, and skin density.
