Nothing like a good pun for the names! I felt like the best way to make a believable fake pokemon was to go for elements I'm not a huge fan of, so item based pokemon and humanoid pokemon were my basis (Pirot's supposed to be like a cannonball), but I still kept them very animalistic for my own aesthetic. Pirakeet is my fave, I actually came up with that design first!

I didn't know sharpedo even had any pirate themes in its design. Your Fakemon would still be better, though, because parrots are awesome. Who doesn't like parrots?

And the typing combinations are so many. Ghost, Flying, Dark, Fighting (cause of the mutiny part), even Steel 'cause the big one's legs look like metal peglegs.

no, like, it just raises up like a cockatoo will raise it's crest, and i guess it will blend into the feather horns, but not necessarily to look like a hat? i dunno, honcrow already has the bird hat thing
