I think I am getting better with every new picture I do. It is not often that I found a background that I like. That means, it does not happen often that I draw one. But of course I got help by a tutorial for it <3.
Commission I got through tumblr and it is a character of the game Dragon Age Inquisition. A female qunari mage and I LOVE her. I did my best with this one. I hope I can keep up with my improvement.

Everything on this picture is done with SAI. The only thing that is done via Photoshop: change size and cut something out. All the other effects are done via SAI.
