I love the colors in this. Makes for a great pin-up.

Interesting submission, the bright combination of colors is fun to look at, and the amount of detail in the background is impressive.
The character also is very well lined, excellently colored with a bit of shading, and is very cute overall.
I particularly like the way you do the hair, and the odd combination of bright neon colors with black on the ears.
