August, my 2 month old black pastel female ball python.TERMS OF USE
I have a zero tolerance policy towards unauthorized use of my work. It is your responsibilty to read, understand, and follow all rules before using my stock.
My stock is allowed to be used for drawing reference only - no tracing, photomanipulations, precuts, etc.
This is for pose or morph reference only. No exact copies or digital paintings of the image itself. Referencing is different from copying.
No commercial use. This includes using/referencing my stock for commissions, adopts, and other works that involve an exchange of currency, both real (USD) and digital (points). Using my stock for art trades, gifts, free adopts, etc is perfectly fine!
No creating stock from my stock! This includes precuts, linearts, and other works created for redistribution. Personal use linearts are allowed, provided they are not distributed.
No using off-site. For use on deviantArt only!
MUST credit. Credit can go in the description or on the image. Credit must link back either to my account or to the image being used.
IF YOU VIOLATE MY TERMS I will send a DCMA takedown request before notifying you.
