History: Martin was a normal boy. He had a pretty average life for the most part. One day when Martin was about 5 years old his family went out camping. They were all having fun, having camp food, and telling stories around the camp fire, and playing with the Pokémon. His life was changed forever that night though. While he was sleeping a Sableye, later know as Shade, snuck into his tent. It had got to his bed, and woke him up. The Ghost Dark type scared him so bad that Martin wet his pajamas, and his bed roll. The Sableye laughed at this, but Martin wasn't going to let this go. He crashed down the Sableye all night long. In the end he lost track of him, and found himself lost in the woods. Alex tried his best to find his way back to his tent, but seemed lost for good. That is till the Sableye came back, and helped him back. The rest of the camp went normal till night where she and Shade would meet up and play again, Taking turn trying to scare each other, and just playing all around. When the time came to go home Shade went with Martin, and they formed a great friendship.

At age 10 Martin went and joined the Pokémon rangers. he found that he didn't have a lot of fight in him at first, and even thought of dropping out because of that, but one night while at the Ranger School, Shade woke him up to play. The two left their rooms, and started sneaking around, pulling pranks and such on the sleeping members of the School. It was after they did this that Martin found that he would be great at sneaking around. Shade also knew this and started to learn moves like Toxic and Will-o-wisp, and how to run away from a fight.

With this in mind Martin and Shade worked together to climb the ranks, and take on small missions here and there. One day while out on a mission at age 11, Martin went to these parents who said that their child had been taken by a Dusknoir. Martin took on the mission, but had no idea what he was in for. He found the girl and the Dusknoir, but was too late. The Ghost Pokémon had opened a portal to the spirit world and jumped in. The portal was closing fast, and thinking on his feet, Martin ran and dived in after the girl. Martin was on this Mission for several weeks. He was gone so long that many people thought he had been killed. However when all hope seemed lost Martin came back with the girl in tow. Martin looked pale, and sickly. He was weak, and covered in wounds from his visit to the world. This got him the name “Spirit World Daredevil”, and earned him a lot of respect. He started going on tougher mission, and was soon good enough to join the Pokémon Ranger Force at age 13.

Personality: Martin has a good heart on him, but can sometimes feel torn between who he should be friends with. This causes problems when he does spy work, as he sometimes gets too attached to the People he is spying on. He likes helping people, but will do what he feels he has to do for the greater good. He loves to sneak around at times, and scare people, or pull pranks, though he no longer does it as often as he did when he was a kid. Being around ghost a lot he doesn't get scared easily.
