I got this idea from something off of a Frollo fan site called The Fiery Pit. [link]

If I knew what Frollo wore underneath (oh come on, who hasn't wondered that) I would've shown more. But all I know is the tights.

This is my first Paint-drawn Frollo pic (Paint is the only drawing resource I have at this time) so it's not perfect but it is for your amusement. Thank you!
