This is one of my favourites from your gallery! The atmosphere, the composition and the colours are great.
Adding the text was a great idea and the font is perfect for this picture, but i would have blended it a bit softer. On the left side, the text ends rather abruptly, softly blending it out would be better, i think
And as i said in another comment, i would recommend you a tutorial about light sources. The lamp is a good idea and makes the picture a bit more interesting and diversified (i hope that's the right word), but there should be a bit more light around the lamp and on the model, otherwise it looks out of place.
