The crotch folds are kind weird considering there isn't any wrinkling in other spots like the torso and such:\ Also the legs seem really long

yeah, my work with the folds still have to improve , the legs may look long because the arms are short, and the render angle contributed too; anyway thanks for the constructive criticism.

And if you search either "PMD Editor" or "PMX Editor" into either DeviantArt or Google, you should be able to find downloads for those as well.

PMD Editor is a program that allows you to edit PMD models, which is what most MMD models are. The PMX Editor is more advanced, having the ability to edit both PMD models and PMX models. The PMX models are much more advanced than the PMD ones.

I'm still a newbie at all of this myself so, someone else might describe it better than me.
