Description
This is my second try,words done with MS Paint.Since I don't seem to see any other anthro otters by the name of Seacatch...is it safe to say he's my next original character?

you did a good job making this otter look like an ...otter! you oughta try using smaller size led. if you havent tried mechanical pencils, u oughta.
