Wilhelm Character Design — Description

I decided to redesign my OC, William.
And now his name is Wilhelm. The description is mostly the same as before. I'm also gonna redesign the rest of them.
I want to redesign them because I feel like I can do a better design for them. And it's also fun to see how much I've improved over the past few months.
Do you have original characters that you'd love to bring to life through my art? DM me! I'm open for commissions and let's discuss your project!
