Claude Character Design — Description

Here's my next character for the fantasy setting.
His name is Claude. His element is Light, and he uses a tome as his weapon.
He was born and raised in a land of Light element scholars and magicians, and tomes and staves serves as their main weapons. And to them, knowledge is power.
Claude however was sort of an outcast due to the bad reputation of his father and his arrogant attitude. He always thinks he's better than others and strive to be praised by his grandpa. He wanted to be the next leader and to prove he's nothing like his father. While maybe he's a skilled magician and scholar, his sour attitude holds him back from being recognize by his grandpa and the others.
He was eventually banished and forced to join William and company, so that he can learn a thing or two about the outside world and reflect on himself as a person.
