Personality/Background:

Follow Lead was born in Zebfrica (bad equine pun is bad) and left at an orphanage when he was just a little baby. Shortly after he was adopted by Quick Stir and Smoky he was moved all the way over to Trottingham. They gave him a new name and a new home.

Growing up he became very popular among his peers because of his confidence and lively imagination. Sure he had some bullies making fun of his origin and strange appearance but a well-placed wrestling match or two against them made them a bit quieter with their prejudice.

He always had a drive to go out and see the world and his independent personality made him leave his home at a fairly young age. With his fathers blessings of course.

After a while of traveling out on his own, backpacking through equestrian, he came across a small traveling circus. Fascinated by the whole idea he joined and trained as an acrobat, and later helped the circus with its finances becoming co-owner together with two other ponies.

The circus later expanded and began traveling further distances than before to gather different crowds all over the map.

Follow lead is a very imaginative individual with a lot of grand ideas of things to improve upon and what to make completely new. He puts his whole heart into the circus and its staff and is very keen on keeping everybody happy and hardworking. He acts as a sort of mentor towards the younger members of their circus family and is happy to help anyone anyway he can.

He can however become overly enthusiastic about his various projects and forget about other smaller things, like if he’s made plans or if someone else has another opinion on how to do something. This can cause him to accidentally overlook what others say.

This striped stallion also has a very loving side and is a huge snuggle bear. He loves to cuddle up next to his lovely marefriend Sulphur in their caravan on a rainy night. He is also a huge flirt and goofball when he is around her, making faces and flirtily teasing her when they are alone.

Being silly and goofy around her he usually manipulates her to stay in bed or make her go get something just a few feet away with his “sad puppy eyes” look. She, being weak to this adorable display, rarely says no.

His own circus number involves trapezes and a whole lot of teamwork from the others in this number. He has also choreographed numbers that includes both him and Sulphur, putting a lot of emphasis on story elements as well as performance.

Fun fact; since he grew up in Trottingham he has a very prominent english accent. Kinda like Pipsqueak.

He's technically not a next gen as much as he is a OC with OC parents I guess, but he lives and breathes in the same universe and has a strong conection to one of the mane 6 children so I made him a bio as well.

I really wanted a Zebra character yet I didn't want to go the route of having him be the offspring of Zecora, and so I made him be the adoptive son of some OC's and have him have the look of a Zebra yet the mentality and personality of a Trottingham city pony.
