By Using Perfect K-Touch, Kamen Rider Absolute Decade could access his Perfect Form. However, this form can only be achieved by the help of Ohma Zi-O. Since Perfect K-Touch were the essence of power of all Kamen Rider combined into Decade's K-Touch. At this point, Kamen Rider Decade could use the power of any Kamen Rider at will. But he will still need to enter his final AttackRide card into Decadriver to perform his finisher; Final Attack KamenRide.

Due to the amount of power needed, this form can only be accessed by Decade when he is in his Absolute Decade state. Ohma Zi-O will combine the essence of all Kamen Rider including himself into the K-Touch and turn the normal K-Touch into Perfect K-Touch. With this, Decade were granted with infinite power that surpass any other Kamen Rider and the power will keep growing as long as there's new Kamen Rider.
