It's the first spring, close to a year after he first transformed into the half-plant being from his Hypo-Pollinator Mutagen.

Needless to say, Spring has sprung and it's time to pollinate. He and Shego are still developing their relationship and Drakken really doesn't want to ruin it but it seems his body and his vines have other ideas. Not only is the Spring fever affecting him in a profound way but he can't seem to "get it down", if you catch my meaning.

He's avoiding Shego, embarrassed beyond all reason that he has no control of himself. When she does approach him, he does what he can to hide behind anything that conceals him from the waist down. Poor guy can't even seem to get rid of the irritating blush of his face and the fact that he keeps *blooping* (growing petals around his head) due to his embarrassement/arrousal doesn't help either.

Since he's still learning to control his vines ( More Info "Full Bloom": [link] ) he still can't stand to wear shirts due to the sensitivity of his vines. For the last 10 months he's been wandering around his house/lab topless. Plus, even if he TRIED to wear a shirt he'd ruin them all because his vines end up tearing them to pieces. All he can manage to wear are shorts, loose fitting flannel pajama bottoms, or sweat pants.

Shego's been pretty much doing his shopping for him since he hasn't been able to go out into a public yet.
