Description
Sunday morning doodle that I ended up liking and investing more time into.
From Ep.83. After defeating the terrible ice dragon "RANDY" and ending the wintery blizzard that had trapped the Elvin city, Elunore, and its people, our heroes were met with much cheering and celebration. However, the party ended before it could really kick off, when Ashwyn Y'Gramore, (right hand man of the Minister of Loręndale, the entire Elvish continent) arrived and detained them for questioning.
The high elves are super racist and sexist (males are second class and half-elves are treated like vermin.) Upon their first encounter, Brenna was slapped for speaking to a high elf (she's half-elf), Greaek was shackled for being a dwarf, and the Colonel was also being held with the others. Sherwood, however, was treated well. His small stature made him less threatening, although the guard captain did view him more like an exotic pet.
Anyway, while detained for questioning, Sherwood had taken and eaten the entire fruit bowl that was sitting on the table. When the others (mainly the Colonel) complained because they were hungry too, Sherwood responded with, "I ate it all! Bro! I can turn into a bear! I ate it. All of it."
Oh yeah, this is also the episode that I got a shout out in at the end!
The SneakAttack Podcast is an original D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) storyline, hilarious, has characters with good chemistry, and the very real possibility of a character dying for good. It is also divoid of cussing or crudeness. So, unless you have a problem with a description of a hammer crushing a bad guy's head, then it's pretty family friendly. It feels like a marriage between radio drama and improv/role play. There are sound effects and the audio is good quality. If you love listening to stories, or have long drives in the car, then I can not suggest this high enough. Please listen to a few episodes, it gets so good.
