Girl you need to keep unknown she has a lovely design and with Chibi's little touch up it made it looks cleaner. I love Unknown. She's nothing like TCM at all. Fire doesn't own the right to be the only one with a black and white character.

What I want to say is, sometimes happens that some ocs come to have always the same characteristic, and it becomes boring.
I'll make you a simple example:
nowdays, creepy clown ocs don't scare anymore, because they're seen everywhere, there are also scary movies about them.
The same things goes on with the black and white theme...
Is not only "The Chess Master", there are a lot of ocs around the pasta fandom being black and white.
But, aren't them too much? I think it's getting, well, boring.
I often see black and white ocs, they may have a good appearence, but I sincerely never get too much around liking them, because there's a lot of them...
is like seeing clones all around.
Anyway, if FireHacked came to you saying that you copied her oc, is because of Unknown's skin and hair.
They're identical, but maybe you could do something to change her, who knows..

Many people have black and white OCs. People could say TCM is a Kaegko (idk how you spell his name uwu) rip off. I don't know for certain if she did or didn't steal it. If her OC is chess themed, she needs to change her. But if her personality, backstory and theme are different, I really don't see any problem.
I'm just saying.
