You draw with PaintTool SAI quite well. And if you aren't sure about Inkscape, you can try other vector software.

my paint tool sai trial ran out and i have no money. ive tried inkscape and I cant figure it out. ive tried autodesk sketchbook and its not user friendly :/

You can try another raster drawing program, for example MediBang Paint, Krita or GIMP with Gimp Paint Studio add on. All of them are free to use.

i figured out a trick to use SAI without having to buy it. so I'm good now but thank you. I was gonna try GIMP but I couldn't get it to download :/
