Description This is a piece I was commisioned to do for the Terminator 3 Featured Artist project at [link]

It's a photomontage of over 100 images of engine parts, kitchen utensils and god knows what else It's supposed to represent the production line that creates terminators (based on the idea that the machines made themselves). I know its a bit 'flat' but after about 40 hours working on it, I was at the point where I didnt want to fiddle with it any more.

well, what's there is great.

it seems, though, that the black, at least to me, only reads as blank.
I think something, anything vaguely appropriate to the scene
would add depth; or scanlines, possibly, if you prefer
to present it as a display.

also, I think the strictness of the design works against the image;
"real" factories or schematics tend to be less regular than that
out of functional necessity.

the combined bits of machinery are wonderful.
they're very tangible, in a surreal way.

it's is a good pic the lighting is cool ..... but I personally would put in a bit more roundness and deformity to thr structures ..... but it excellent the way it is .....

I like the details but i feel there is no real coherence in the picture, ther is two main parts and i cannot feel the link between them, of course it is the same subject but a true dynamic is missing.
Continue to work you will make greats works
