Tucan Pirates

Figaro is part of the Tucan Pirated who are not the average kind of pirates.
In fact they are responsible for the correspondence between pirates all over the seas.
Since transponder snails can be intercept by the Marines its a slightly saver way to get your message out.

Captain Tucan is the leader of a crew that mostly is staffed with birds! (Mostly seagulls and pelicans, but also a few others).
They carry letters to pirates who pay a little fee and by little let me tell you that Captain Tucan isn't called a pirate for nothing!
Some known other Members of his Crew are also Pompadour and Boudelaire (Ocs owned by Sternprinz ).
Like Figaro Pompadour has also eaten from a Devil Fruit that allows her to turn into a pelican.
The work as a postman or courier can be very dangerous! The Marines and other pirates can be very annoying since they try to intercept and get a letter that might contain a valuable secret.
All of Captain Tucans crew respect the secrecy of correspondence and will deliver and protect every letter or packet with their lives!

S t o r y

Figaro was born on Syl, a little island located at the Southblue. His parents owned a fruit shop and one day when Figaro helped his parents with a new delivery he found a strange looking Ananas like fruit.
He took it and went on a stroll to the cliffs where he often fished with his uncle. He sat down on a rock and peeled the fruit to eat it. Something strange happened and suddenly his mouth turned into a beak and his arms to great wings. A huge wind gust made him rise into the air and over the cliffs. He couldn't handle his new form, lurched and hit the hard stonewall. He fell and all he could remember was when a man with a strange looking nose like a long beak stood over him and asked if he was okay. Figaro nodded, but soon after he began to realize that his head was pretty messed up. He couldn't really remember where he came from, just some places he knew flashed in his memories. Second he noticed was that he was on a ship and the man before him, introduced himself as Captain Tucan. That was 3 Years ago and since that day Figaro stayed with the Pirates. He learned about his strange powers and that the fruit he ate was a devil fruit. From his Seagull friend 'Matze' he learned how to fly even if he had a fear of heights! He travels through the sea and hoped that he one day finds the place that keeps flashing up in his memories.

P e r s o n a l i t y

Figaro is a rather relaxed young man who likes to take naps in the crow's nest. Due to his accident as he got his devil fruit powers he has a little problem with remembering things. He will often forget names or even meeting someone! Most of the time he suddenly remembers something that was days ago and confuses times and dates. To his luck Matze is his best friend and always reminds him of important things and even where he needs to fly on his deliveries. Aside from that, he is smart and knows when he can face an opponent or when its better to clear off. He often uses the low assessment people have of him, to trick them into getting what he wants. People tend to underestimate him, but regret this soon after he went away with their belongings. He's not a bad guy and also will help if needed, but you better watch your stuff.
